We had a specific goal working with James and his coach Ash Callus, reduce the number of breaths in a 100m race and we want to take 0 breaths in the 50m free. With some strength, volume and power work we achieved this and James won his first Australian title. 
Since commencing training FLETCHER TECHNIQUES James' breathing strength has increased by 57%.
